Mrs Swonnell led a fantastic Stone Age day to launch our Key Stage 2 history topic for this term.  The had a go at recreating a prehistoric burial chamber and a barrow. The day started with researching the food that they hunted and gathered. They made a soup on an open fire and hunted for mammoth! Later in the afternoon, the children researched Stonehenge and recreated it with cheese puffs and biscuits!
