The children decided that trees are part of God's creation, sometimes called the "lungs of the planet" for the oxygen they provide. One of our school councillors summed it up best: "the branches are the teachers and the leaves are the children!". Here are the new names:

Year 2: Maple

Year 3: Willow

Year 4: Hazel

Year 5: Birch

Year 6: Oak
